What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is someone who provides professional administrative, technical, or creative assistance to clients remotely for an agreed fee.

Why Should I Use a Virtual Assistant?

The two main reasons to use a Virtual Assistant is to SAVE TIME & SAVE MONEY.

You save money by not paying to recruit a permanent member of staff and paying employee taxes, holiday and sick pay etc. You save time by not having to do the admin yourself which means you can spend more time on important things like developing your business.

How Much Does it Cost?

This really depends on how much work you need done and how many hours you need.
I charge an hourly rate of €25 per hour, this suits if you need a few hours here and there. If you want a one-off project completed then I would charge a one-off project fee which would depend on the size of the project. You can also choose a package if you wish to use my services for a certain amount of hours a month. For example, if you want
10 hours per month, the fee would be €250, which is payable in advance.

Will My Information be Kept Confidential?

All of your information will be kept confidential and I will be the only person to see it.  Any large files will be transferred using Dropbox which is a secure method for transfers. If you need me to sign a Confidentiality agreement, I would be happy to do so. Please also be assured that I will never give your details to a third party.
